Make Over Lipbalm Lip Nutrition Review

A few moths ago, I went to one of the Make Over stores located in Bandung. You happen to know that Make Over is one of Indonesian local brand, don't you? Let's support our local product!

I Intended on buying their matte lipstick (which I'm gonna write about later), and I ended up buying their lip balm as well. The temptation was hard to resist. Like really. The packaging is so tempting, it comes with a small transparent jar so we can clearly see the vibrant color inside. The color represents the scent: orange for Orange Crush, green for Melon Craze and yellow for Vanilla Latte. *Does yellow represent vanilla? Oh, well, sure it does*

Worry not. Despite the vibrant color, it has no color at all when it's applied to our lips. That's why we can use it as a base before applying our favorite lipsticks. But that's what people commonly use lip balm for. Shame on me.

I wanted to own them all! But, deep down I know that I only need one. So, I bought the orange one. Yeah, I'm a fan of orange scent. It smells so good like a fresh ripe orange. The price is only IDR 35k, for a 3,8 gr lip balm it's quite affordable. 

Make Over claimed this product to be highly moisturizing, since it's enhanced with olive oil and jojoba oil. That's quite true. It's great for daily use because it's enriched with vitamin E and SPF 15 to protect your lip from UV light.

Since I love to wear matte lipstick, it helps me to moisturize my lip and prevent chapping. You can also apply this at night before going to bed, and voila! You will wake up with a moisturized-smoother lip. Apply this product directly using your finger. But, you have to make sure that your finger is clean. Hygienic issue alert! Or else you can use lip brush instead. Not really travel friendly, eh?
